Joseph
Jo set up RideAbility to share his experience and passion for riding. He has been teaching for more than fifteen years and holds two “Brevet d’Etat” (ski and bike), the high level french qualification awarded after 5 years of training for skiing and 1 year for cycling. He has worked and ridden in numerous places all over the world, races on the local DH/Enduro cup, coaches the Morzine MTB club and, on top of all that, is a qualified and experienced bike mechanic…

Born and bred Morzinois, Laurent was skidding around town before it was even a thing.

Ivan
Ivan got from Spain to Morzine in 2013 to ride his bike and he never left. He is also a snowboard instructor in winter, he loves to travel and he has ridden in several different places in the world. He loves to share his knowledge and passion for riding. He can speak Spanish, French, English... and a bit of Italian!

Originally from Alsace, I discovered mountain biking at the age of 14. I competed for about ten years, primarily in Downhill (DH) and Enduro. I then spent a year living in Canada to ride the trails I had always dreamed of. When I stopped competing, I wanted to share my passion and experience, which led me to earn my certification as a Mountain Bike Guide/Instructor.

Thomas
I am 25 years old and I have been passionate about mountain biking since a very young age.
Having grown up in the Portes du Soleil area, this region has become my true playground over the years, and today I know the trails and singletracks of the area by heart.
As a former Downhill mountain bike competitor, I had the opportunity to take part in high-level competitions, including World Cup rounds, which allowed me to develop strong technical experience.
Today, I enjoy sharing my passion and helping others improve while making the most of the incredible trails of the Portes du Soleil.

Guillaume
A qualified MTB coach since 2018, Guillaume competed at the highest level in enduro racing, including several Top 10 finishes on the Enduro World Series before dedicating himself fully to coaching. Drawing on his racing experience, he guides riders of all levels in their progression, with a strong focus on confidence, technique, and the small details that make a real difference on the trails. His sessions blend high standards with a relaxed atmosphere, so you can progress effectively while genuinely enjoying your time on the bike. Because mountain biking is above all a passion, Guillaume puts his heart into helping you ride better.
